Bug Fixes in Office

Lassi Nieminen committed changes in [calligra] /:

Odf: Renamed KoTableStyle -> KoTblStyle as KoTableStyle already existed in kotext..this fixes some crashes
in places where both of them were used.
Docx filter: Enabled master-page styles for tables.
