Bug Fixes in Development Tools

Nick Shaforostoff committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdesdk/lokalize/src/editortab.cpp:

create states menu even for gettext files (with 'needs review' and 'ready' options).
i think this soultion will satisfy both
