Features in Multimedia

Stefan Majewsky committed changes in [libtagaro] /:

Introduce backends in TagaroAudio.

Only at compile-time, so no additional overhead. A Phonon backend
is now available as a fallback, so OpenAL/SndFile become optional
dependencies. The implementation of the Phonon backend is unfinished.
I'm hoping for Mathias' expertise here.
