Optimization in KDE Base

Konstantinos Smanis committed changes in [kcm-grub2] /:

Simplify [GRUB & Linux] resolution picking UI.

Instead of multiple radiobuttons and textboxes, use only 2 comboboxes.
Custom entries may still be entered using the "Custom..." combobox item.
