Optimization in KDE Base

Hugo Pereira Da Costa committed changes in [kde-workspace] /oxygen:

implemented own (empty) size grip rendering.

Size grip are rendered "invisible" because:
- they are ugly
- redundant with window decoration borders
- redundant with window decoration size grip
- discouraged by KDE's UIG.
