Bug Fixes in Networking Tools

Fixes and improvements for '/notify'.

* Fixed a bug causing adding of nicks to fail.

* More useful output for all operations.
* Optimized and cleaned up the WNO getters and setters backing
it and other entry points like the WNO context menu actions.
