Bug Fixes in User Interface

Ruslan Kabatsayev committed changes in [oxygen-gtk] /:

Set GtkNotebook to not show border when tabs are not shown in 'realize' signal hook instead of when drawing shadow.
This removes flicker on first drawing of such notebook
