Bug Fixes in KDE-PIM

Thiago Macieira committed changes in [kdepim-runtime] /imap:

Protect the Add and Change item tasks from servers without UIDNEXT

Copy the codepath from the Move Item Task code.

This allows the IMAP agent to start for me.
