Features in Office

Dmitry Kazakov committed changes in [calligra/krita_strokes_framework_kazakov] /ui/tool:

Ported KisToolFreehand to use strokes framework

1) It became really much more responsive
2) I guess, it became a bit faster

But the porting (and cleaning up) is not finished yet
