Bernhard Beschow committed changes in [marble] /lib:

cleanup VectorMap::sphericalCreatePolyLine()

* turn 10 attributes into temporaries (and make sure they are assigned the same initial values)
* merge manageCrossHorizon() (called only once) into sphericalCreatePolyLine()
