Features in KDE Base

Sebastian Kügler committed changes in [plasma-mobile/sebas/adblock] /webbrowser/src:

Adblock basically works

Culprits:
- config saving is not checked
- I don't think the blacklist from EasyList gets properly saved, needs
investigation
- right now it updates on every start (see above)

Otherwise, it works quite well. :)
