Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Jekyll Wu committed changes in [konsole] /:

Refine the 'Change profile' action.

- Rename it into 'Switch Profile' to avoid potential confusion.
- Also put it under the 'Settings' menu.

TODO: rename related methods which use 'change' in their names.
