Martin Gräßlin committed changes in [kde-workspace/farhad_hf/lockscreen] kwin/effects/screenlocker/screenlocker.cpp:

ScreenLocker needs to be a fullscreen effect

Even if it's fun to start PresentWindows from the screen locker it
is not exactly what you want.
