Bug Fixes in Utilities

Aaron J. Seigo committed changes in [ksnapshot] /:

move the timeout helper when the mouse moves into it

also moves the initial position of the timer into the middle of the screen and properly centers the text

based on a patch by Jignesh Kakadiya
