Bug Fixes in KDE-PIM

Allen Winter committed changes in [kdepim] calendarsupport/calendar.cpp:

In removeItemFromMaps(), make sure the specified Akonadi::item
can be properly converted to a KCalCore::Incidence before proceeding.
Fixes a potential crash.
