Optimization in KDE-PIM

Sebastian Trueg committed changes in [kdepim-runtime] /nepomukfeeder:

Improved Nepomuk feeder throttling.

The low prio queue is now throttled more than the high prio queue
making the indexing even less intrusive for the user.
