A number of adaptations for Qt5's QUrl.

Some of these are actual bugfixes compared to Qt4's QUrl,
others are just "equivalent, both results are correct" (less escaping in Qt5).
A number of issues remain, though, in particular path() being encoded,
in discussion with Thiago.
