Merge branch 'nepomuk/PortToNepomukCore'

Remove most of the Nepomuk services from kde-runtime, as they are now
providied by NepomukCore. Also port the remaining stuff (kiosalves, kcm,
and controller) to the new Nepomuk2 interface.

kde-runtime now depends on nepomuk-core.
