Bug Fixes in Office

C. Boemann committed changes in [calligra/words-references-notes-erione] /textlayout:

Make sure we create extra pages when footnote continuation requires it
And fix a crash in the process, in fact the entire code was wrong
Also renamed a method to be slightly more telling
