Peter Penz committed changes in [kde-baseapps] /src/panels/places:

Hide "Recently Accessed" and "Search for" if indexing is disabled

The bookmarks for "Recently Accessed" and "Search for" require
enabled indexing not only an enabled Nepomuk.
