Ivan Shapovalov committed changes in [kdevplatform] plugins/cvs/cvsdiffjob.cpp:

Set base directory of the CVS diff job properly.

This fixes behavior of "Show differences..." command with CVS:
the changed files are properly displayed in the toolview.
