Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Dawit Alemayehu committed changes in [kwebkitpart/1.3] /:

- Make the WebPage instance the parent of the WebPluginFactory. This fixes a
crash when pressing enter in the address bar of a new window.
- Fixed target property of two FTP link tests.
- Removed unnecessary debug statement.
