Josef Weidendorfer committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdesdk/kcachegrind:

QCachegrind: allow building both with Qt4 and Qt5

This also fixes a bug with the custom, KDE-compatible
moc generation: do not just use "moc", but $$QMAKE_MOC.
This went wrong whenever a non-default Qt4 installation
was used.
