Features in KDE-PIM

Sergio Luis Martins committed changes in [kdepim/calendaring] /:

Port to IncidenceChanger.

Advantages:
- Invitation stuff now comes for free.
- Redo/Undo of incidences changed my the editor is now supported.
- Transparent handling of recurring incidences planed for the future.
