David Faure committed changes in [kdelibs/frameworks] kdecore/date/ksystemtimezone.cpp:
Use DBus autostart for kded5.
This removes the dependency on KToolInvocation::klauncher() at compile time,
and on kdeinit/klauncher at runtime.
