Bug Fixes in Utilities

Alexander Maret-Huskinson committed changes in [wacomtablet/marethuskinson] /applet:

Fixed bugs in tablet applet.

* Fixed potential memory leak in applet.
* Fixed a bug where the applet would crash on exit.
* Updated system test spec to include a test which ensures the tablet exits fine.
