Optimization in Development Tools

Sven Brauch committed changes in [kdevplatform] /executescript:

Remove the ExecuteScriptOutputModel.

It didn't do anything besides a bit of filtering, which is now also
provided by the KDevelop OutputModel. Thus, there's not really a point
in keeping it.
