Bug Fixes in Development Tools

Milian Wolff committed changes in [kdevplatform] /:

Add VcsJob::JobTy::Unknown and use it by default.

This is OK for e.g. the "git --version" job, as shown in
the valgrind report of the following bug:

Bug 309580: Kdevelop crashes sometimes on close
