Vishesh Handa committed changes in [kde-runtime] /kioslaves/tags:

Tags KioSlave: Enable copying files in tag directories

If one tries to cut + paste a file, one will get a error, which is more
acceptable than the file being deleted.

Also added loads of debug statements.
