Bug Fixes in Utilities

Rolf Eike Beer committed changes in [kgpg/KDE/4.9] /:

rework the parenting of the transactions in the key info dialog

Otherwise the passphrase dialog that those transactions may show will be locked
by the key info dialog which is modal itself.
