Compile libs with dbus disabled.

This applies the same logic that is already present
in libs/main/KoPart.cpp for the KoPartAdaptor also
to the ApplicationAdaptor and the ViewAdaptor.

Long story behind this patch.
1) Mek did spend time on that particular problem when
porting to Android.
2) Then I spend time on that bringing it back to

3) Then boud made a similar patch at
http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.kde.cvs/1154693
4) I had to spend time again on that already solved
problem during my Sheets@Android port.
5) I ported my latest patch again(!) to master. Note
that I did not start with a cherry-pick one of the
patches of <= 3) cause my patch from 4) was already
newer (against master).
6) Now it finally lands into master. No more time waste
caused by *this* particular problem. Hallelujah! :)
