Jekyll Wu committed changes in [kde-workspace/KDE/4.9] startkde.cmake:

Set a timeout for waiting remaning Dr.Konqi

If the timeout is reach, just ask remainging Dr.Konqis to die.
The timeout is now hardcoded as 15 minutes.
