Dan Vratil committed changes in [libkscreen] /xrandr:

Use KSystemEventFilter instead of QAbstractEventDispatcher

Using QAbstractEventDispatcher bypasses other filters installed
by KSystemEventFilter and breaks others who used KSystemEventFilter
to install their event handlers.
