Urs Wolfer committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdenetwork/krdc/vnc:

add support for ARD (Apple Remote Desktop) authentication

- it does not fail silently while authenticate (blue background forever))
- minor fixes for VNC plugin qt-only version
