Victor Dodon committed changes in [kipi-plugins] /:

Implement infrastructure to upload to galleries in Imageshack

Due to some issues with the api, currently, the uploads to galleries
are disabled.
Improved the ui and solved some minor bugs.
Fetch the list of user galleries.
Remove videos from the KPImagesList, even video uploads are supported.
