Features in Educational

Akarsh Simha committed changes in [kstars] kstars/data/ngcic.dat:

Adding two new objects to the NGC / IC catalog:
1. Melotte 111 -- the Coma Star Cluster
2. Collinder 399 -- the Coathanger / Brocchi's Cluster

Also adding common names for many NGC / IC objects. Adding alternate
common names for some objects.
