Bug Fixes in KDE-PIM

Dan Vratil committed changes in [akonadi] server/src/handler/store.cpp:

Don't notify about GID-only changes

Store GID in database, but don't send a notification about the
change.

This will prevent Akonadi from spamming clients with tons of
notifications during GID migration
