Bug Fixes in KDE-PIM

Sergio Luis Martins committed changes in [kdepimlibs/KDE/4.11] akonadi/calendar/calendarbase.cpp:

Make code robust against event being deleted.

Also fixes a uid() vs instanceIdentifier() issue.

These are the two only possible causes for the crash reported in:

Bug 325009: Korganizer crashed while trying to add add calendar item from mail.
