Sergio Luis Martins committed changes in [kdepimlibs] kcalutils/incidenceformatter.cpp:
Don't freeze KMail for 2 seconds when opening invitation.
Turns out "new KPIMIdentities::IdentityManager" is expensive, so
create it once, instead of once per attendee.
