Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Albert Astals Cid committed changes in [kdelibs] kfile/kfilemodule.cpp:

Load kio4 translation catalog when loading kfile

This helps for pure Qt apps like VLC that get
the kdelibs file dialog to get it translated properly
