Minor stuff, from looking @ JSC changelog:
- Pickup a decent optimization for String indexing (JSC r27218) --
provide an integer path as well...
- Pull in a new Vector version, so I can use uncheckedAppend, not that it makes any difference, but heck, a smaller diff is a smaller diff.
