Okay, dynamic switching between OpenGL and Native backends!

Bugs: Enable InfoBoxes. Nothing works as expected. You can't pan the
SkyMap, the background is repainted while using OpenGL.

TODO:

+ Get CMake to setup HAVE_OPENGL in the config.
+ Fix those bugs
