Bug Fixes in Office

Sebastian Sauer committed changes in [calligra] tables/RecalcManager.cpp:

Fix don't recalc during loading just because a sheet got added.
This makes loading the HeroForge_V6.1.0.1.xls from
bug 284325 by a few *factors* faster.
